Child Safety Standards

Last updated 19 October 2026 (draft)

Xuba is for adults only. We prevent, detect, remove and report child sexual abuse and exploitation, and we ban anyone involved.

1. Our standard

Xuba is an adults-only service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors. This page describes our published standards as required by app stores and applicable law.

2. Prevention

  • Everyone must confirm they are 18 or older when they sign up; date of birth is collected and under-18 accounts are refused.
  • Every host passes identity and age verification reviewed by a person before they can earn.
  • New photos, videos and stories are screened before or shortly after they become visible, with automated checks and human review.
  • Live streams are monitored and end automatically when the host leaves the camera; moderators can end any stream immediately.

3. Detection and response

  • Any user can report a profile, message, call or stream; reports about minors are prioritised.
  • Suspected CSAM is removed, the account is banned, and evidence is preserved as the law requires.
  • Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are disabled.

4. Reporting to authorities

We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or the relevant national hotline or law-enforcement agency, and cooperate with lawful requests. [Reporting procedures and designated points of contact per jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.]

5. Contact our child-safety team

To report a concern or ask about these standards, contact our support team and include “Child safety” in the subject. You can also use Report in the app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
